FebruaryTrivial ThingsFebruary 8, 2007 at 12:55 pm AST by Rodney MacLeodI love trivia!
I am the guy that spouts off useless information all the time.
If you mentioned
Vancouver Canucks, I might mention they play at the only arena in the
NHL that does not use a
Zamboni.
Some times I just spout off trivia out of the blue with no discernable association to what the conversation is.
I was a member of a quite successful trivia team at
The Wave of
UPEI (Which I have been told holds the distinction of being the first internet domain with the extension .ca).
Well, I have now had the privilege of hosting trivia with
Dennis and Frank at
First Baptist Church College and Career group once a month. So far we have had 3 trivia nights with varying number showing up. I had varying feed back. Tuesday night I found out math questions are bad.
The format of the night is a little different than other trivia. We have three rounds of ten questions. The first and last round are just general trivia questions while the second round is the media round where there will be a picture of a retro toy, or TV character, or maybe a video clip from a movie, TV show, or movie trailer, the question will be about what you just saw.
For anyone that is interested below are the round one and three questions. To see the answers highlight the blank section below the questions.
