Cold Feet
January 10, 2005 at 10:08 am AST by Rodney MacLeod

I do not know how many other cars are designed like this, but my floor vents suck. The air blows right on my ankles. Do the car manufactures not know where the gas pedal is, or do they not realize that that is where I put my right foot? And what about the foot pad that they put on the left hand side of the driver side floor, just inches away from the break. I would think that would be a logical place to direct the hot air. Instead the car manufacture chose to position the vents so that all of the hot air flows by my ankles leaving my toes cold. I drive a Hyundai Excel. Are there any cars out there that actually keep the drivers feet warm? Are there any other commonly used items that you know of that have what you may consider an obvious design flaw?

Yeah...the Dodge Colt 200E in general was a design flaw.
