It's Been a Long Time

Well it has been a long time. I don't know if anyone actually noticed or not. A lot has happened in the last month. The biggest thing that happened was my younger brother, Kent's wedding on July 31. It was a great wedding. I may be a little biased, but I think it was the best wedding I have ever been to. They were married in the catholic church in Kinkora and had there reception at the Silver Fox Yatch Club in Summerside. I had the priveledge of being apart of the wedding party. The whole party had a ride in a limo between the wedding and the reception. This was my first time in a limo and it was alot of fun. The reception was great our father was the MC and it turns out he is funny. I guess I already knew that though. After the reception and dance a bunch of us went back to our hotel and had a party beside the pool. Surprisingly the hotel gave us permission to be out there. We sat around the pool until 5 in the morning listening and singing along with a couple of guys on guitar. If I ever get a slow period I will be putting up pictures of the wedding here.

Other things that happened include my buddy Frank getting home from a 3 month work term in Toronto. He came home with another friend of mine, Shawn, who has been living in Toronto for a couple of years. Shawn is heading back home in couple of days. My brother Dwayne came over to visit a couple of times including a week for the wedding, which he was also in. And I just got back from visiting him in Fredericton this weekend.

This next month will have a few hectic days starting with today. We are getting a new roommate this month, since Kent is going back to Dalhousie, and there is no extra bedroom for her. Today I am building me a new bedroom in the basement. All I am doing is putting up a wall to divide the big living room in the basement in 2. Then move all my stuff downstairs so that Marsha can have my bedroom. this has to be al done by tonight since she is moving her stuff in tonight. Another friend of mine is moving in in a month, so he is storing some of his stuff here until then, and he is moving that stuff in today.

Well that is about it for today, hopefully things will get back to a more regular pace and I can make more frequent posts.
